Wisconsin to See Grins Fleetwood Repair

In late 2013, Dean and Sue Meyer planned on going on an RV trip to California all the way from Wisconsin in their 2014 Fleetwood Bounder 35K Motorhome. They were aware of some warranty issues with their RV even before they got it, they knew they needed to have it fixed.

When arriving in California they made their way to See Grins. Ron, a service advisor, went over the RV's warranty needs, and even spotted out a few more they weren't even aware of.

Set to fix the RV back to the manufacturers specifications, Dean and Sue hopped on a plane back to Wisconsin.

Three months later, Sue and Dean were reunited with their Fleetwood. They were extremely satisfied with the quality of work that Tim the technician had performed.

After looking at many of different RV models, Treva fell in love with 2005′ NuWa 5th Wheel. Bob offered her a very price, but she didn’t have a truck to tow it so Bob said they would deliver the RV to her house and set it up at no cost.

Treva put a down payment on the fifth wheel and went home to do some research. She quickly learned that she got an unbeatable deal at See Grins RV, came right back the next morning and purchased her 2005 NuWa 5th Wheel.

Now it was time to deliver her 5th wheel, but it had a few problems and she needed her RV to be repaired, fast. There was a part that had been ordered for the east coast, but never came in. So Smitty found a local company to make the part. He kept on the company until it was completed so it could be quickly installed into her RV.

After the motor home was delivered it was discovered that the kitchen facet was leaking. The very next day See Grins RV sent out their tech Jase with a new facet and quickly installed it. Treva was delighted that Jase was clean and befriended her cat and dog.
