In late 2013, Dean and Sue Meyer planned on going on an RV trip to California all the way from Wisconsin in their 2014 Fleetwood Bounder 35K Motorhome. They were aware of some warranty issues with their RV even before they got it, they knew they needed to have it fixed.

Calling ahead to See Grins RV Service and Repair Center in Gilroy, CA they were greeted by Maria on the phone. She did everything she could to make them feel "very welcomed."
Off Dean and Sue went on the 22 hundred mile drive from Wisconsin to California.

When arriving in California they made their way to See Grins. Ron, a service advisor, went over the RV's warranty needs, and even spotted out a few more they weren't even aware of.
Set to fix the RV back to the manufacturers specifications, Dean and Sue hopped on a plane back to Wisconsin.
Three months later, Sue and Dean were reunited with their Fleetwood. They were extremely satisfied with the quality of work that Tim the technician had performed.
