For example, recently a retired couple purchased this fairly new Class C RV from See Grins RV in Gilroy. It was under warranty and had a very difficult to find propane leak within the stove. The RV manufacturer instructed Smitty to go through the entire stove and replace every seal and re-seal every joint. He knew this was extremely costly in time and would not address any manufacture defective parts such as hairline cracks that could fail in the near future.

The best solution for the customer was to replace the stove in the RV, and that's exactly what Smitty did. Knowing the full story and the possibility of future propane leaks the couple was grateful to have Smitty be their customer advocate to see that the job was done right!
